Our client, a multi-location healthcare provider rapidly expanding, has engaged ttg to find their next Senior Recruiter for their Doral, Florida, location.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for working alongside a world class team of Recruiters, Coordinators and HR professionals. You will own Hiring Manager relationships, tell stories with data, and grow in your career along the way. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter who has the ability to learn new market segments, flex to meet client needs in a global organization, and work autonomously. The role encompasses: Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions for assigned departments. 
He/she will not only be responsible for the recruitment process taking place in the Doral area, but they will also be in a supervisory role. He/She must be open to spending time on the road.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Will spend time on the road
  • Must be able to implement effective Recruitment Strategies
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment and develop innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talent for roles within the company
  • Develop robust pipelines of candidates by forming talent communities within our system and managing communications within those communities
  • Utilize advanced recruitment sourcing techniques including search on the web to uncover new sources of talent
  • Leverage the use of all direct recruitment channels, including internal and external job resources and all potential candidate touchpoints such as social media, employee referral programs, blogs, contact lists, lead generation sources, alumni networks, professional associations, conferences, and events
  • Phone screen & qualify potential candidates based on the goals and needs of the business
  • Develop and foster trusted relationships across the agency with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Required Or Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Recruitment
  • Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish
  • Experience in developing Recruitment Departments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, Liberal Arts, or another applicable field required.
  • 3-4 years of Recruiting Experience
