When you apply for a job opportunity through our JobAdder application portal, engage with a recruiter, or otherwise interact with ttg regarding recruiting, staffing, or employment services, we may collect personal information including your name, mobile phone number, email address, resume/CV, and other information relevant to your application or business relationship with us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect, including your mobile phone number, to communicate with you regarding:

  • Job opportunities you have expressed interest in or otherwise consented to receive communications about
  • Application status updates
  • Interview scheduling and reminders
  • Onboarding and assignment-related matters
  • Requests for information
  • Other recruiting, staffing, or employment-related communications
  • For existing or prospective clients: recruiting assignments, candidate interviews, scheduling, candidate submissions, and related staffing matters

SMS Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our JobAdder application portal, you authorize ttg to send you SMS text messages for the purposes described above. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for any job opportunity or purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with ttg. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan; mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Marketing or Promotional Messaging

ttg does not use its SMS messaging program to distribute mass advertising, consumer promotions, product advertisements, discount offers, or unrelated marketing campaigns. SMS communications are intended solely to facilitate recruiting, staffing, employment, candidate, and client communications.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from ttg. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you subsequently provide consent to resume communications. For assistance, reply HELP or contact ttg Talent Solutions directly using the information below.

Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with service providers solely as necessary to facilitate our business communications and provide our recruiting and staffing services (for example, our applicant tracking system and telecommunications/messaging providers), subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes.

SMS and related personal information may also be disclosed when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of ttg, our users, or others.

Messaging Technology

ttg may use third-party technology providers, including our applicant tracking system (JobAdder) and telecommunications providers (including Twilio), to facilitate SMS communications. These providers process information solely on our behalf for the purpose of delivering and managing communications and do not use this information for their own independent purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
