ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. (“ttg,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses SMS/text messaging solely for business
communications related to our recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, employment, and client services.
Purpose of SMS Communications
Individuals who provide their mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from ttg
may receive messages related to their existing or prospective relationship with ttg.
These communications may include messages with candidates regarding job opportunities for which
they have expressed interest or otherwise consented to receive communications, application status,
interview scheduling and reminders, requests for information, onboarding or assignment-related
matters, and other recruiting or employment-related communications.
We may also communicate by SMS with existing or prospective clients and business contacts who
have consented to such communications regarding recruiting assignments, candidate interviews,
scheduling, candidate submissions, staffing matters, and other communications related to an existing
business relationship or inquiry.
No Marketing or Promotional Messaging
ttg does not use its SMS messaging program to distribute mass advertising, consumer promotions,
product advertisements, discount offers, or unrelated marketing campaigns.
SMS communications are intended solely to facilitate recruiting, staffing, employment, candidate, and
client communications.
Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive SMS communications from ttg,
you authorize ttg to send text messages to that number for the purposes described above.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with ttg.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from ttg.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you subsequently
provide consent to resume communications.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Mobile carriers
are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile Information and Privacy
ttg respects the privacy of individuals who communicate with us by SMS.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared
with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers solely as necessary to facilitate our business communications and
provide our recruiting and staffing services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection
requirements.
SMS information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to
protect the rights, safety, or security of ttg, our users, or others.
Messaging Technology
ttg may use third-party technology providers, including our applicant tracking system and
telecommunications providers, to facilitate SMS communications. These providers process information
on our behalf for the purpose of delivering and managing communications.

ttg may update this SMS Messaging Terms & Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted
on this page with an updated effective date.
