About the Role
We are expanding and seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead high-stakes sales to the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, and aviation sectors. If you excel in building relationships with executives and leaders and thrive in a consultative enterprise software sales environment, this role is for you! Your responsibilities include generating leads, nurturing prospects, and managing client relationships. You will collaborate with internal departments to support clients through product demos, needs analysis, scoping, budgeting, and proposals.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach, warm and cold calls, marketing initiatives, and trade show participation.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and software demos for mid-level managers and/or executives.
  • Represent the company at global trade shows and customer events with overnight travel.
  • Facilitate collaboration between key decision-makers across departments to align solutions with client needs and decision criteria.
  • Prepare and attend meetings with prospects/clients and conduct demos or presentations to mid-level managers and/or executives.

 Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

  • REQUIRED:: Experience selling enterprise software solutions worth 0,000, like SAP, Maximo, JD Edwards, OpenText, Documentum, and Honeywell.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Passport or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire. International travel may be required.

  • Conduct product inspections to verify compliance with design and quality requirements.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Borescope Inspector with deep expertise in CFM56 engines. This role is critical to ensuring the quality, safety, and airworthiness of commercial aviation engines through precision inspections and process supervision. The right candidate will have a strong background in engine teardown, borescope techniques, and FAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed borescope inspections on turbofan engines and associated components.
  • Perform preliminary, hidden damage, in-process, and final inspections in compliance with airworthiness directives.
  • Supervise incoming engine receiving, borescope evaluations, and inventory handling.
  • Execute module-level inspections and validate quality at each assembly/disassembly stage.
  • Complete and maintain required documentation for disassembly, assembly, and final inspections.
  • Ensure all calibrated tools are current and properly maintained before use.
  • Perform troubleshooting, part repairs, and full rework as needed.
  • Interpret work instructions, OEM manuals, and routing documentation accurately.
  • Provide technical guidance to CFM technicians and support team quality standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of borescope inspection experience.
  • 5+ of hands-on experience working with CFM56-3, -5B, and -7B engines.
  • FAA Powerplant License or A&P License.
  • Proven experience with turbofan engine maintenance and inspection.
  • Ability to read and interpret OEM documentation and technical instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Quantum aviation software.
  • Familiarity with FAA Part 145 repair station procedures.
