SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to provide additional resource to meet the 3-day Service Level Agreement (SLA) for a specific client as well as provide assistance on all processes involved in the sublimation and latex print production, including but not limited to heat transfer, digital printing, inspection, packaging and shipping of samples and yardage, delivery of samples internally, and any other function required by management.

SUMMARY:

The goal of this position is to ensure that the In-House print production orders are processed to the highest standards and customer satisfaction.
- Main support for production and shipment of all orders to ensure that a 3-day SLA is
- Ensures all batched paper orders are matched up with correct quantity of fabrics for each sample and yardage
- Assist in quality control and inspection of other in-house print production
- Inspect all goods/rolls individually and mark flaws – ensuring accurate overage of usable goods is provided for sublimation purchase
- Collaborates with other Print Production Associates to process orders from internal customers, Textile Design Product Development, to ensure that urgent orders are quickly
- Guarantees goods are properly packaged for shipping – wrapped, tagged, laid flat, meeting all customer and VFF guidelines for quality standards and
- Provides support to ensure that SLAs for other print production order types are
- Additional resource in the operation of Monti Antonio transfer/press machines for production runs; ensuring goods are kept straight and printing correctly. Coordinates any issues that need reprint and records these errors accurately.
- Supports the order of priority in processing both sample and production yardage making the most use out of Monti Antonio operating
- Demonstrates openness to change, including learning new technologies quickly and flexibility to adapt to new working
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:

- Associates degree is preferred
- Expert level knowledge of wide-format printers and production processes is required; experience with Mimaki and Monti Antonio printing machines is a plus
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or Syspro is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines
- Great customer service and communication skills
