Job Summary:
The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for various USA companies across different industries. This role involves responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions. Bilingual proficiency with strong English skills is required.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Technical Support:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Walk users through the problem-solving process.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

Problem Resolution:

• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Record events, problems, and their resolution in logs.
• Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved.

System Maintenance:

• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Clean up computers from viruses or malware.

Documentation:

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• Maintain procedural documentation and relevant reports.

User Training:

• Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity.
• Assist with the onboarding of new users.

Requirements:
 
Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.

Skills:

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Certifications:

• A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or other relevant IT certification is a plus.

Job Summary
 
For nearly 30 years, this company has provided comprehensive aircraft inventory support for airlines, MROs, OEMs, and distributors. The company is expanding its digital marketplace and online sales, seeking to fully realize its potential with the right technology team.
As an Expendable Pricing Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to optimize revenue by developing accurate and timely pricing models. This role is essential to ensuring that the company derives maximum value from its inventory, with critical data gathered by the Asset team.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily pricing activities, including market and price research related to inquiries from the Sales and Purchasing Departments, and coordinate pricing requests and RFPs.
• Facilitate pricing adjustments as requested by various departments.
• Conduct market data gathering, including collecting phone and email quotations from competing vendors.
• Review pricing for accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver pricing targets as set by the department.
• Utilize established procedures, tools, equipment, and technologies to manage inquiries related to pricing and inventory.
• Actively participate in process improvements through the company’s quality system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; college education in progress in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with data entry and reporting in a complex environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in analyzing sales and pricing of assets or commodities, whether through professional experience or academic projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience using logic to arrive at solutions.
• Knowledge of Inventory Locator Service (ILS) and other industry supply resources is a significant plus.

Summary
This position involves participating in the development of in-house applications, collaborating within Agile teams, and ensuring code quality through unit testing and version control.
 
Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the In-house applications of the companies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with other team members to complete complex development tasks across
  different teams
• Work with other software developers, architects, and scrum masters to ensure that the
  optimal development is delivery in time and quality
• Follow the policies for Code Versioning control of the company
• Perform unit testing of the code developed
• Update the documentation of the development
• Collaborate with QA team members to ensure the resulting code is tested properly

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Java 8 or higher using Angular frameworks version 12 or higher (intermediate/advanced)
• 2+ years of experience in Oracle PLSQL (intermediate).
• Experience with microservices development is mandatory (Spring webflux that goes hand in hand with desirable microservices)
• Experience with Spring (intermediate/advanced)
• Experience with Hibernate (Intermediate is desirable)
• Experience with Primefaces (Intermediate is desirable)
• Experience in Jboss and WildFly as application server (Intermediate is desirable)
• Development of REST and SOAP Webservices (intermediate).
• Experience using JasperReports to generate PDF.
• English language (basic/intermediate level).
• AWS Amazon or Microsoft Azure experience (basic/intermediate)
• Experience using Code Versioning Control
