We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience, for an exciting job opportunity working on Trains! This position reports to Production Manager.
Must be fully vaccinated and provide COVID-19 vaccination card
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Define and improve processes for mechanical installations mounting and maintenance.
- Define production tools and equipment, necessary for the performance of assembly operations.
- Cooperate in the validation of the first manufactured units.
- Cooperate with the product engineering team on implementing improvements in new projects and products.
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering desired and/or 1 -3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Organizational and leadership capacity
- Define and improve processes for mechanical installations mounting and maintenance.
- Experience and understanding of SAP and Teamcenter a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have open availability to cover any assigned shift, to include nights, holidays and weekends.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
