Job Summary:
The Wire Transfer Specialist is responsible for processing both domestic and international wire transfers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires taking ownership of wire transfer operations, including handling repair transfers, and providing excellent customer service. It involves collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, maintaining accurate transaction records, and working with private banks.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and efficiently, including handling repair wire transfers.
• Verify and validate wire transfer requests to ensure authenticity and compliance with bank policies (e.g., BEAK, ABA).
• Monitor wire transfer transactions for timely processing, addressing discrepancies as needed.
• Stay current with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., OFAC, AML).
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve wire transfer-related issues.
• Take ownership of the wire transfer process, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Generate reports and maintain detailed records of transactions for audit purposes.
• Assist in training new staff on wire transfer processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and private banks to resolve processing issues.
• Multi-task across communication channels, help desk systems, and ticket management.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wire transfers, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with private banks is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and another language) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

DESCRIPTION:
The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing, closing, and post-closing tasks for both first and second mortgage requests, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role requires collaboration with borrowers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to meet timelines, service standards, and production goals while maintaining high-quality loan documentation.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process mortgage and home equity loan applications in compliance with company policies, secondary market, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and provide required disclosures within the designated timelines.
• Ensure loan documentation is complete, accurate, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate third-party services (e.g., title, appraisal, insurance) and review all associated documentation for accuracy.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operations Specialist responsible for preparing, drafting, issuing, and advising Standby and Documentary Letters of Credit. This role ensures strict compliance with the Agency's policies and procedures, as well as all L/C Industry standards (UCP600 / ISP98) and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Operations Specialist will manage loans, time deposits, and support the Operations Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
 
What You’ll Be Working On:

• Assist customers, officers, and affiliates with their needs and inquiries regarding Letters of Credit and Collections.
• Handle the issuance, amendments, and cancellation of letters of credit, maintaining accurate records.
• Process Assignment of Proceeds and Transfer of L/C; maintain records of collateral for Standby or Import L/C.
• Establish, maintain, and close loans granted by the Bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance with instructions from the Corporate Banking Department.
• Review documentation for completion and accuracy before loan disbursement, ensuring compliance with the Agency's Credit Administration Procedure.
• Prepare and send advice via authenticated SWIFT or email to notify of loan openings and closings.
• Establish time deposits by inputting information into the system, following customer and officer instructions.
• Investigate and adjust any out-of-balance figures.
• Review daily reconciliations for the Operations Department.
• Prepare or authorize wire transfers received from customers and review incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
• Verify OFAC compliance on all wire transfers, escalating true matches to the Compliance Department.
• Participate in scheduled training and events required by the Agency.
• Process daily deposit operational functions, including checks and ACH transactions.
• Assist the Operations Manager with special projects.
• Process abandoned property in a timely manner, maintaining documentation to comply with record-keeping policies.
• Contact the Federal Reserve Bank regarding adjustments and investigations.

 
What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of banking experience in back-office operations, specifically in trade finance, letters of credit operations, loans, and wire transfers.
• Strong understanding of L/C Industry standards (UCP600 / ISP98) and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle stressful situations, remain calm, and act in the Bank's best interest.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position also involves preparing financial reports and supporting monthly close procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Accurately code and post payments and adjustments received from customers.
• Research and resolve customer deductions, and process credit memos as required.
• Make collection calls on past due accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Process customer rebates and maintain rebate files.
• Maintain customer records in the ERP system, collaborating with Customer Service to ensure accuracy.
• Provide data to auditors, management, and other internal customers as needed.
• Perform monthly close procedures, ensuring accurate financial data.
• Process all customer invoices, including maintaining customer portals when applicable.
• Support the accounting department with additional tasks as required.

 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Education: Associates Degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in automated accounting systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Purpose:
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable and inventory-related transactions. Your role will include overseeing monthly AP close functions, performing account reconciliations, providing analytical insights, and supporting weekly payment runs. • Perform three-way matching (invoice, receiving information, and purchase orders) for inventory-related transactions to ensure accuracy.
