Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a Business Systems Administrator in our dynamic organization, located in Davie, FL. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the management and maintenance of software applications that power diverse business functions across our global operations. Your role is instrumental in optimizing business operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the effectiveness of our systems. Collaborating seamlessly with both business and IT teams, you will play a crucial part in fostering communication and driving technological success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Optimizing Business Operations: Advising on system configuration and set-up to streamline business operations, participating in the design, testing, and maintenance of reports, and ensuring the continual enhancement of system efficiency.
- Application Delivery Support: Creating and maintaining functional and business requirements, system configuration documents, and operating procedures. Offering formal and informal training, performing pre and post-implementation testing, and collaborating with IT infrastructure teams for seamless system configuration.
- Strategic Representation: Representing the division on enterprise-wide technology initiatives and teams, contributing insights to technology and facility-related business process improvements.
- Performance Measurement: Identifying and developing key performance indicators and measurement tools, supplying crucial data for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, and depicting operational status against performance indicators.
- Documentation and Metrics: Assisting in creating and maintaining comprehensive system documentation, providing metrics on system usage, and effectively managing system resources.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in project management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in writing technical documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information in an easily understood manner to end-users.
- Hands-on experience with the setup and administration of Sage 300 and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
