We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our team. The primary emphasis of this position will be to conduct extensive document review and legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and prepare memoranda in large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent clients in Florida and other jurisdictions
• Stay up-to-date with changes in construction litigation laws and regulations

• Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills
• Member of the Florida Bar required
• Construction litigation experience highly preferred

As a Collection and Foreclosure Paralegal, you will provide essential support to attorneys in the Collection and Foreclosure Department. Your responsibilities will include preparing initial demand letters, notice of intent to foreclose letters, and liens. You will also prepare and generate complaint packages, all foreclosure motions, including the motion for summary judgment, and final judgment applications. This role requires you to communicate effectively with delinquent owners, calendar motions, and monitor the status of lender’s actions. A thorough understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related state laws is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
