Role Overview: The Director of Operations and Performance will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance team in Colombia to source and recruit candidates located in the United States for roles based within the United States. Key Objectives:

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The primary responsibility of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Coordinator is to maintain the "Global Quality System" of this organization in the airline catering industry, ensuring that the Customer Service Center (CSC) complies with customer, FDA, USDA, and Seafood HACCP regulations. This role plays a key part in maintaining food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Main Accountabilities

• Maintain and manage all recordkeeping and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Quality Department, including food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) daily.
• Verify cooler and freezer room temperatures for compliance.
• Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, submitting them to local labs for analysis.
• Verify that Chef Table samples comply with specifications.
• Assist the Quality Manager with training and process improvements related to food safety and sanitation.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with HACCP documentation, sanitizer use, food temperatures, and portion control.
• Perform inspections of workstations, equipment, dispatch areas, and commissary locations for regulatory compliance.
• Create charts, trend reports, training materials, and visuals for internal use.
• Ensure compliance with USDA Regulated Garbage Standards and provide training as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), thermometers, weight scales, and various food safety tools such as metal detectors and ATP testing equipment.
• Previous experience in the food industry or quality assurance is a plus.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (below 40°F).
• Self-starter with minimal supervision, capable of acting as a liaison for the Supervisor.
• Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, verbal, and written skills.
• Capable of working in fast-paced environments with large groups.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

DESCRIPTION:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting litigation processes, from initial intake through trial. This includes collecting, organizing, and maintaining both electronic and physical documents, drafting legal documents, and assisting with all aspects of discovery. You will be responsible for preparing and organizing case files, conducting legal research, and providing written analyses to attorneys. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proven experience in all stages of litigation, including intake, discovery, and trial.
  • Experience coordinating trial and arbitration logistics, including remote office setup and client/vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of e-discovery databases and litigation support software for managing documents and case files.
