Role Overview: The Director of Operations and Performance will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance team in Colombia to source and recruit candidates located in the United States for roles based within the United States. Key Objectives:

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Responsibilities: 
Meet with potential new clients 
Coordinate case and legal strategy 
Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines 
Train and supervise staff 
Prepare and revise court documents 
Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda 
Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law 
Market the law firm's services 
Work one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days 
Cross sell various other practices within the law firm 
Handle court hearings and trials 
Become an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.

The primary emphasis of this position will be to conduct extensive document review and legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and prepare memoranda in large multi-party construction defect cases in Florida and other jurisdictions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze legal and factual issues in construction defect cases
• Represent clients in Florida and other jurisdictions
• Stay up-to-date with changes in construction litigation laws and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of experience in construction litigation

• Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Community Association Attorney to represent our community association clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of community association law and demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills. Responsibilities will include drafting governing documents, managing contract work, attending board meetings, coordinating board elections, prosecuting delinquent accounts, and, when necessary, handling litigation and trial work.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Represent community association clients in legal matters, providing expert guidance and advice.
• Draft and review governing documents, including bylaws, covenants, and policies.
• Prepare and review contracts related to community association operations.
• Attend board meetings to provide legal counsel and address any issues that arise.
• Coordinate and oversee board elections, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Prosecute delinquent association accounts, including drafting demand letters and pursuing collections.
• Handle litigation, trial, and appellate work as necessary, including preparation of pleadings and motions.
• Stay current on changes in laws and regulations affecting community associations.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in community association law.
• Clerkship experience is preferred; applications from current judicial clerks are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and board members.
• Knowledge of community association governance and related legal issues is a plus.
