 Description
 
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to support general accounting and finance operations within a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in streamlining processes, producing financial reports, supporting month-end close, and assisting with system improvements and data accuracy across various finance functions.
 
 Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide analytical and operational support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, and General Ledger.
• Improve efficiency and accuracy of business processes through data-driven evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate disbursements and process alignment.
• Support month-end financial close through account analysis and reconciliation.
• Prepare specialized financial reports and recommend improvements to operations.
• Assist in implementation and optimization of new accounting systems.
• Review journal entries, general ledger activity, and financial documentation.
• Analyze accounts and support timely, accurate month-end reporting.
• Perform other related duties as required.

 
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience required; 4–6 years preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience in aerospace or related industry preferred.

 
Skills

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial systems.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• CPA certification or public accounting experience is a plus.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to serve as a key support to the Controller and financial leadership team in managing financial operations across the U.S. and LATAM. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced fintech environment and be driven to contribute to a dynamic, innovative, and growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger operations including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements and internal reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial reports for multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with auditors and lead audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license is required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or audit lead role.
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP, internal controls frameworks (e.g., COSO), and audit procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Must be fully available to work onsite in Miami, FL, Monday through Friday.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, audit systems, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Description Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and manage financial operations across banking, trust accounts, accounts payable, billing, and collections.
• Process employee expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and organize electronic filing systems for financial documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile key balances such as Unapplied Cash, Trust, and Work In Progress (WIP).
• Collaborate with the regional Staff Accountant to ensure efficient billing cycles.
• Serve as point of contact for ACH and wire communications with financial institutions.

Description:

The AP & Expense Reporting Specialist will support expense reporting and vendor payment processes, ensuring policy compliance, system accuracy, and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders. This temporary role requires solid knowledge of Concur and Coupa platforms, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
 
Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable including invoice entry, coding, payment processing, and supplier management.
• Experience processing employee expense reports; Concur preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable systems; Coupa preferred.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
 
Expense Report Processing through Concur:

• Review expense reports for correct coding, acceptable documentation, and travel policy compliance.
• Approve completed expense reports as the final accounting approver.
• Communicate with employees and managers regarding expense reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Research and respond to Concur help inquiries.
• Troubleshoot Concur posting errors.

Accounts Payable – Coupa:

• Enter invoices into Coupa accounts payable systems.
• Process supplier payments.
• Research and respond to payment and other accounts payable related inquiries.
• Reconcile supplier vendor statements.
• Create new supplier records in Coupa.
• Update supplier records including new ACH banking information, including calling suppliers for verbal confirmation.
• Communication with internal and external suppliers.
